Yesterday, just as every week, was Twin Tuesday, and I like to participate in the Twin Tuesday meme on my blog and on Twitter.  However, when I checked on the Twin Tuesday page of www.twinhappy.com yesterday, Twin Happy Jen had not yet updated the page with this week’s post.  (This is what happens when you live in a different time zone on different sides of ‘The Pond’!)  Not wanting to miss out on all the fun, I decided to post my answer to Jen’s Question of the Week today, even though it is now Wednesday!

Now, here’s the Question of the Week:

I know I’m a parent of twins because…

Jen says:

“This is a fill-in-the-blank question :-p And, I guess if I had to answer this question, I would say that I know I’m a parent of twins because, I am still amazed every day by not only who they are individually, but who they are together, as well!”

I love this answer and it really sums up how I feel about my amazing wee girls!  My girls are very similar, both physically and personality-wise, yet they have so many striking differences that make them so very unique!

Now for my answer:

I know I’m a parent of twins because…

…I hear all the news of their school day in ‘stereo’!!

…everything from cups, plates, hair bands and toothbrushes is colour-coded!!

…who goes in the top bunk is not determined by age!!
