   Oh my goodness, you need sunshine and flowers as soon as possible! That sure is a lot of snow for the end of March. Is that normal for where you live?

   Thanks Bonnie!

   It’s not unheard of for Scotland to get snow at the end of March, or even well into April. However, the severity of the weather is very unusual. The conditions have been treacherous, and tragically a schoolgirl has been killed, and other pupils injured, on their way south on a school trip! So very sad.

   I will post some news stories and weather reports later today…
