• Do you have any hobbies? What do you do for “me” time?

I like to spend time online, blogging, blog-hopping and social networking.  I also enjoy reading, creative writing, walking, and playing on the Wii.  I’ve also just found a Zumba class that I’m going to start going to every week….

• How do you fit blogging into your schedule?

• What’s your best working mommy tip?

Try to have everything organised at night before you go to bed (e.g. clothes pressed and laid out, packed lunches made, etc..).  This makes the early morning rush a little less hectic!

• At what age and what chores do you have your children help with? At what age (if any) did you start giving an allowance?

My girls are just five years old, so their chores don’t really extend beyond tidying up for themselves, which isn’t always easy.  I find myself nagging them constantly.

“Pick that up!”

“Put that away!”

The girls don’t get pocket money yet, but they get some pennies (occasionally) to spend at the school tuck shop.

I envisage introducing more chores for the girls on a gradual basis and, as they get older, we’ll start giving them some pocket money.  However, we’ll insist that they save a portion of it!
