1. What do you do when you have time to yourself?

Well, after I’ve caught up on the housework, I tend to go online to update my blog, go blog hopping or procrastinate on Facebook or Twitter.  Away from the computer, I like to do an exercise DVD or Zumba, or perhaps do the Wii Fit.  However, when I feel less energetic, I like to just flop down on the sofa in front of the telly and watch a favourite programme in peace, without Hubby moaning that there’s some football on another channel that he’s missing, and without the distraction of the girls.

2. When you look out your kitchen window, what do you see?

I see my garden.  I have quite a big back garden, but sadly we don’t really have lots of lovely plants and flowers (yet).  Most of the garden is laid to lawn.  We have a small patio and path at our back door, and beside that is our huge rabbit hutch and run.  I like to watch our two bunnies hop about while I wash up.  We have lots of outdoor play equipment for the girls (swings, slide, seesaw, trampoline, etc…) as well as a little wooden playhouse at the top of the garden, next to our deck.  It’s good to be able to keep an eye on the girls outside, while I potter in the kitchen.  

3. Who/What would you want to be reincarnated as?

This is easy-peasy!  I ALWAYS maintain that I am coming back as a cat!  I envy their laid-back lifestyle!  They seem to spend their days lounging in a warm comfy spot or eating.  Bliss!  You can be sure that I’ll be one of those fussy felines who will only eat the best of food too! 

4. What is your biggest pet peeve about other people’s kids?

Ha!  Sorry!  I have a confession to make:  I must admit to being very easily irritated by other people’s kids!  The biggest annoyance has to be rudeness.  I hate cheeky wee brats that ask nosey questions or answer back with a smart Alec response.  I also hate whining!  “He did this / that!”; “She won’t give a shot of…” I find that very irritating!  My own girls are very well behaved, and I can honestly take them anywhere and know they won’t give me a showing up!  Therefore, I resent having to put up with bad behaviour from other kids!

5. Regular or Diet soda?

I’m a Diet Coke girl!  Asides from the calorific reasons, I much prefer the taste of diet drinks.  Regular ones taste far too sweet and syrupy to me!
