 The prize is a copy of: “We All Went On Safari” from Barefoot Books.  The book is written by Laurie Krebs and beautifully illustrated by Julia Cairns.  The paperback book, worth £5.99 (GBP) is aimed at four to ten year olds.

 Learn to count in Swahili while discovering African animals on an exciting safari through the grasslands of Tanzania. Facts about Tanzania, Swahili counting, the Maasai people and a map are included at the end.

Last week’s Giveaway went down like a lead balloon. It was the Official Launch of the Mamma Kerr blog, and I had publicised it through Social Media networks and local leaflet drops. However, although the publicity did lead visitors to my site, I was disappointed that participation in the giveaway was almost non-existent. I also had people tweet about the giveaway, who did not leave a comment on the competition post. Oh well, not the great response to my launch and giveaway that I’d envisaged, but….. never mind…… there’s always this week’s giveaway!….. On this blog, you will find daily doses of parenting advice, health and beauty tips, home and garden advice, book recommendations, product reviews, frugal tips, opinionated rants on news stories and my pet peeves, and much, much more…
