I am Scottish and proud of it!  It’s a lovely country to live in.  We are never far from the countryside or the coast, and we can boast some of the world’s most stunning scenery.  Granted, our weather leaves a lot to be desired (one constant rainy season!) but I suppose that is what makes our countryside so green and lush! ;)

The weather is  always a hot topic of conversation here in Scotland.  Yes, we Scots just love having a right good moan about it!  Usually we moan about the wind and rain and about how cold it is.  However, many Scots (you know who you are!) even have a winge about the heat on the odd day that the mercury nudges 25 C.
